Counselling and TA Psychotherapy
Exploration & Understanding
I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re going through something painful, confusing, or deeply personal. So before anything else, I want to say this: you’re not alone, and you’re not too much. Whatever brings you here, we can talk about it — and we can work through it, together. In our sessions I’m particularly interested in the stories we carry from childhood (what TA calls “life scripts”) and how they continue to shape our thoughts, behaviours, and relationships today. My role is to help you bring awareness to these patterns. We can work together so you can make new choices.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve always believed in the power of being heard — really heard — without judgment, without pressure, and without having to explain everything perfectly. That’s what therapy gave me in my own life, and it’s what I aim to offer my clients now.
My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), which means we look at the deeper patterns, scripts, and internal messages that may be driving your current struggles — and gently explore where they came from, how they’re playing out today, and how they can begin to change.
